Automatic water line system with nipple is the best choice for large scale farm. The system is easy to operate, and very easy to clean.
The line can be customized in any size, the distance of nipple can also be customized.
The key part is the 360 degree nipple can be used since the first day, and the nipple distance can be 15nippler per 3m, or 12 nipple per 3 m, or any other spec according to your farm requirement.
The water front parts include filter, water dosatron pump,water meter etc .
water regulator can adjust into a suitable range basing on the birds days .By opening or closing the ball valve, it can perform different operations including normal water and flusing .
For nipple , we have two diffrent colors for broiler and breeders . All nipples can operate within 360°. Its water flow can be adjusted according to water pressure to meet the drinking demands of the poultry of different ages in days.
The water line can adjust height with manual winch 1500LB or automatic winch basing on the birds ages in days .
All steel parts is 275g/m2 hot galvanized .
